Necessary conditions for the return to be accepted are that the product is in perfect condition, has not been worn, is in its original packaging, in which it was sent to you, with all the accompanying documents (proof of purchase, exchange card, warranty, etc.). If one or more of these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted.
